But... why? I was going to rent it. I think it got good reviews.

Really? Good reviews? Firstly, it was only rated PG13, so it might as well be a TV movie. Secondly, it wasn't scary. It was gross, like I had to look away some scenes were so gross (bodily-fluid-gross, not gore-gross). Thirdly, at times it was kind of hokey (the talking-goat CGI was pretty cartoon-y). A couple of days after I saw it, I got an email from Cricket that said "Drag Me To Hell was TERRIBLE!!!! Do not rent it...it didn't even make
me jump and you know how easily I jump."

Bt if you don't believe us, you should rent it and let me know what you think. You should also rent Loch Ness because it's so much more entertaining than Drag Me to Hell.

Well, I watched it. And, frankly, it wasn't that bad. It wasn't great, but I didn't have the same visceral (ha ha) negative reaction that you had. One a related note, you should totally see "Snakes on a Train" (yes, Train). It was terrible in a really funny way.

Snakes on a Train sounds awesome. Have you seen Flight of the Living Dead (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DRMoDK-XQ1w)? I haven't, but the title alone guarantees awesomeness.

I admit my hatred of Drag Me to Hell may not be in proportion to the movie's suckiness, but I just didn't like it. I think at the time I was wanting something different and what I got was just...lacking. And wasn't that talking goat just absurd?!
